iv. Create, solicit, transmit, or send any unwanted, unsolicited or harassing communications, including junk mail, spam or any other similar solicitation;
v. Circumvent or disable any content protection system or digital rights management technology used with the Services; remove identification, or other proprietary notices; or access or use the Services in an unlawful or unauthorized manner or in a manner that suggests an association with our products, services or brands;
vi. Damage, disable, affect, or engage in any other conduct that could harm BMC;
vii. Fabricate facts or conceal the truth to mislead or deceive others;

iv. Utilize any account or function of the Website or any third-party operating platform to conduct promotion or mutual promotion without BMC's written permission;
v. Any other act violating laws and regulations, infringing the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfering with normal operation of the Software or not expressly authorized by BMC.
6. USERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTS PERFORMED UNDER THEIR REGISTERED ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY UPLOADED CONTENT AND ANY CONSEQUENCES THEROF. You shall make your own judgment on the Services and bear all risks arising from the use of their contents, including the risks arising from your reliance on the correctness, integrity, completeness, or practicability of the contents. BMC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the above risks.
7. Dispute Resolution
The interpretation and performance of these General Terms of Use ("GTU") shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In the event of any dispute arising hereunder, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. If such negotiations fail, either party may institute legal proceedings with the people's court having jurisdiction over the place where BMC is registered.,
8. Modifications and Updates
BMC reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time. The revised Disclaimer shall be published on the Platform and shall take effect on the date of publication.
